444 Evergreen ships via USPS on regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We offer free shipping on all orders within the US, unless you would like your package to be expedited. We typically get your package out within 48 hours of your order, meaning a faster delivery time to your door. Need your package in a hurry? We're happy to work with you to ensure your items make it to you on time. Customers typically receive their orders within 3-5 business days from the order date. We are happy to announce, we now ship internationally. Unfortunately, we can not offer free international shipping at this time.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please send an email to info@444evergreen.com with your order number, and reason for return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
